Fuck. I actually recorded my AWESOME Joker laugh impression, tried uploading it twice and failed both times. Something about an extension not accepting.

So, you get this, instead, which was going to accompany the audio file:

Well, at least this entire stock game endeavor has taught me something about myself. Given my tendency toward gambling addiction, daytrading with real money would be a very, very bad idea for me.

The guns will go back up. The guns will go back up. THE GUNS WILL GO BACK UP YOU WILL SEE
I believe it. People are nuts. I was surprised to see Google's drop as well, though.

Edit: Now that I look at it, it appears almost all tech industry stocks went down.

Apparently I misread the smith & wesson earnings report yesterday that said they were making money hand over fist and had worked through a lot of their backlog. That sounded like good news to me. Of course, everybody else on wallstreet interpreted "shrinking backlog" as the bottom falling out of demand for their products. I guess we'll see if this is just a correction, or the big post-election peak.

Don't worry big guy, I'm sure some asshole will shoot somebody perceived as important by the American people and gun sales will go up again soon.

Edit: As a side note, I decided to put all my Halbucks into a local company. Should do terribly soon as they have had a fairly steady climb going for quite a while.

Not Logitech. :troll:

My strategy was to pick a company the makes a product that is always in demand and always needs upgrading. The products also had to be fairly cheap but high quality. As such, I picked Logitech, makers of headsets, mice, keyboards, and all manner of computer accessories. People always need those items and they are always, always breaking them.

An exception, no doubt. Dell, Apple, and Google are all down. I did notice HP is up again, though.

I'm not exactly sure what I've just endorsed, and I'm pretty sure one day I'll regret it, but now that I've evidenced my commitment... HALMONIES
Well, I had in mind to hold an auction, but you're certainly making an impact, so... enjoy the 5,000 HalBucks.

Meanwhile, I'll be happily occupied in consuming your soul.

Also, my best performer so far is, strangely, Manchester United. Which proves it's better to invest in twenty two guys kicking a ball around than it is to invest in guns, food, technology etc.

Actually, you kinda look like Wreck-It Ralph.

I can respect that.

Yeah, my tech stuff took a big hit. We'll see what happens next week, but I suspect there will be a bit of a bounce back up. Tech is not one of those things that stays in free-fall unless something happens.

Think some of it is people concerned that Apple moving some of its build business back to the US is a sign of a mass exodus from China?

I wouldn't be surprised. Foxconn may have saved them money, but it's cost them a ton in good will and kinda sullied their name. It's also becoming rapidly apparent that China can't maintain it's current wage scheme much longer.
