1. Cold, none. Hot, probably Rocquefort.
2. St Moret
3. Mac& Cheese. Obviously :p Spaghetti Bolo is also much better with some decent cheese.
4. Hmm. Depends on the kind of cheese. Heavy smelly stinky cheeses can ruin pretty much anything. Soft white cheeses, not so much.... Pair well with chocolate, wine, fruit,.... I can't think of a dish that would be ruined by all cheeses, though I'm sure there are a few.
5. I've made yoghurt before, but never cheese, no. Sure, I'd give it a try.

As I just said, I've never made cheese, so, no. But I *have* found hairs in cheeses before. And on, obviously.
