I'm disagreeing with "he only told most of them to go back to the US". He explicitly said, "who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe," I don't know if he believes they came from other countries, or just wants his followers to believe that, or if he simply doesn't care, but he told them to go to other countries. He is a racist pile of shit and it's not being "fair" to suggest that he meant anything less than to insult these women and say that they don't belong in the United States.
