Whats for Dinner?

I use something I bought online, called Stuff-It. Basically it's an awesome little thing that makes the burgers for me and halfway into the process I can throw in cheese, bacon bits, onions... etc... in the middle of the burger.

It's almost a sensual process.
What is it? Stuff-It doesn't pop up any results.

That's one of those things where you think I could have come up with that. But you didn't damn inventors.

It takes a bit of time to get used to but honestly? It's pretty awesome. I don't however, pack the meat too much, just a bit of pressure you know? Mind you I've only used it to make 3-4 sets of burgers.

Looking forward to see how this will pan out during "Jay's BBQ Paloooza 15" with 20 or so guests. :)

I made chicken breast with a veggie noodle side dish with a creamy Parmesan sauce......

I think my mouth had an orgasm.

We had baked ziti. I messed around with my usual recipe, since I had to cut it in half anyway, and got something delicious. Now I have to figure out exactly what I did.

Grilled Chicken with home made Garlic BBQ Sauce with a side order of Grilled Onions and Parmesan corn on a cob (not seen).

I posted this in the minor victory thread but I think it probably belongs here more even though it was technically breakfast and not dinner.

That looks amazing Hylian

Do you just remove the pit of the avocado and crack the egg into the resulting hole, or do you scrape some of the avocado flesh out as well? And how long does it bake for? And at what temp?

Here are the directions to make it exactly like in the picture but you can change it up any way you want.

  • preheat oven to 425
  • Slice avocado in half, take out pit
  • put avocado half on an oven safe pan, crack the egg into the hole left by the pit in the avocado
  • Add Salt and Pepper
  • Bake until egg is cooked to your preference
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top
  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top
  • Add fresh salsa on top
  • Add Sour Cream on top
  • Top with fresh ground black pepper and cilantro

I was with you until the very end.... then I ran away screaming into the night.

What's up with Canadians apparent apathy to cilantro? I know that it's not all Canadians, but there sure does seem to be lots of you guys that don't like it. It's tasty.

I love cilantro. I love it in pho, I love it when it's used in soups, I love it in when it's used to top 7 layer dips.

Cilantro is a-ok with me.
