The Awesome Videos Thread (with Extra Sauce!)

I should have posted this sooner to remind everyone of the correct way to cook a turkey. :p
We spatchcocked the turkey this year. First time. Been doing it to chicken plenty of times, she figured she'd try it this year. The heat was a little too high so there were some spots of hard (instead of crispy) skin, but next year will benefit.

Also that guy's videos are always an amazing show of editing talent.
