This one goes out to my Canadian brethren, but I'm sure most of you will laugh at this.
It is gluten free... it just helps make gluten.

Yeast has nothing to do with the production of gluten. Water will cause gluten to form long chains, but that happens with or without yeast. In addition, while yeast doughs are usually used to take advantage of yeast leavening, there are gluten-free recipes for yeast doughs, so this product has a place in the market.
