Also, .ai is the filetype for Adobe Illustrator, so every time I see one of those .ai names, I have a moment of wondering "why are they talking about a vector graphics file?"

Unexpectedly, this ad also proposes a serious scientific question. Robin Dunbar (of Dunbar's number fame) showed the likely existence of a relationship between brain neocortex size and the number of "active" social relationships a person can maintain. If A.I. causes people to shun relationships with dozens of actual humans in favor of a handful of A.I. bots, does this mean that human neocortex size will start to decline, going forward? Will the rise of A.I. literally contribute to brain shrinkage in humans?
