I always felt like the movies lack because you can't really do first person POV in a movie as well. Not seeing into the head of the protagonist is always going to make the movies have less impact.

If Clair Obscur doesn't win Game of the Year, something is very wrong. The gameplay can be hard and frustrating, but damn do you owe it to yourself to play this game for the amazing story. (But also, there's a mod for that) It's also playable on Steam Deck if you don't care about subpar...

I grew up in Buffalo, with Buffalo sports. :D But yeah, I was at the game last night and the arena was something like 75% Landy jerseys, it was electric.

I sure am glad I grew up being conditioned to be disappointed by professional sports. :p
