I've got a fucking migraine sized headache right now from crying over my dead brother today. There I got it off my goddamn chest. I really miss that son of a bitch like you people wouldn't believe. He was more than just my brother, he was my best friend and the only true person I'd ever confide in.

Yeah, when someone is a true confidant you miss them the most at the times when you need someone to talk to at difficult times in your life.

How old was he when he died?

He was 30, his wife was 28.

I know I can't come close to understanding how you feel, Chaz. I'm sorry you lost someone so close to you. My only advice is to take solace in knowing you had the opportunity to experience that closeness.

Take care, man.

If something like that happened to my sister I think I would be pretty angry. But that is my go to emotion. We aren't particularly close but I would resent never being able to become close. Especially under those circumstances where death is so needless.

He was 8 years older than me, so he was pretty much like a 2nd Dad to for a long time. The only really positive result of this whole mess 5 years ago, is that my nephew is a spitting image of his old man.

:( I'm sorry, Chaz. We never wanna say goodbye to our loved ones, but I can't imagine dealing with that at such a young age. Sounds like you can be around for his son, which is very nice.

I believe you, makare. But then I've always been a bit of a gullible sucker.

I'm really sorry to hear that Chaz. I feel your pain. This weekend was the 22nd anniversary of my dad's death. I need to get out to his grave... it's been awhile.

It really does suck doesn't it? Sorry man.

Frankie, I would suggest staying loyal to your girlfriend. She has done nothing to deserve getting dumped. Think about how you'll look back on this situation in five years. You'll be proud as hell if you do right thing. I can honestly say I've been faithful with every girl I've dated. I have made mistakes, and some of those mistakes were HUGE, but I'm squeaky clean in that area.
I know that. I would never cheat on her. If I ever were to go for another woman I would end it first. And I also know that I'm not going to over an infatuation with this other girl.

I still can't get her out of my God damn mind though. She even popped in in a dream I had the other night. Someone said to me something to effect of, "Hey, isn't that your ex?" and I was like, "No, no, no, no, no, we've never dated." and then everyone else in the dream were mocking me for lying. Really God damn bizarre.

This isn't fucking healthy.

I have no specific rant for today.......I just hate life right now and I feel miserable and grumpy and that sucks some big donkey balls that's for sure........Can't please anyone no matter how hard I try. Sometimes wonder if I'm being used for my witt and charm......can't someone brighten up my day or is just my job to fix everyone else's problems?

Don't get me wrong I love to make people happy and pleased with me and brighten their day.......But my day sucks too ! lol .....

I dont really know wha tim talking about so I'm going back to bed!

Man, that right there is one of the reasons that Gibbons is one of my favorite layout artists. The way he ties the background happenings with the the dialogue. Superb. He may not be the best with pencil technique, but the layouts are to die for.

Relax don't do it. When you want to go to it.
Relax don't do it. When you want to come.

A 1980s PSA informing women on how to achieve that elusive orgasm.

(the song Relax by Frankie Goes to Hollywood. There were popular t-shirts based on the song that said Frankie says/sez relax in big block letters on them. Somehow the song, which talks about coming in the chorus made it past naive censors)

I can deal with two sick kids crying for an entire weekend non-stop. I can deal with a wife crippled by a extreme sinus infection. But former employees stopping by to visit with their teething baby who cries for an hour is rapidly pushing me into D-Fens William Foster people!

And why doesn't a cup of coffee cost 50 cents anymore!

Darn right! Today it's login here, password this, firewall that, looking for signal, udpating here and there, all for what? Your messages? Getting your messages used to be "Any messages while I was out?" And I did't pay Billl Gates for tha!

Don't get me started about cell phones.

D

darkangel6988

Arghhhhhh Cell phones piss me off too......Everyone's so preoccupied TEXTING or SEXTING it drives me crazy. I have a friend that I used to hang out with when I got here to canada almost everyday....She got a blackberry and I've decided once a week to see her if that is enough as it's really freaking irritating to spend time with someone whose purse is constantly buzzing and she's clicking away responding to god damn facebook posts!

Just now at the grocery store a lady was texting away while her 3 kids ran around wildly. PUT THE DAMN PHONE DOWN A MINUTE AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR PRIORITIES Argh!
