2018 was when my life changed for the better, and it started with one of the most stressful days of my life, convincing myself to see a doctor.
I honestly thought maybe it was Canola day at first, but no.National Rape Day - North Yorkshire
“National Rape Day” What is National Rape Day? National Rape Day started from a TikTok that was made in April of 2021, during Sexual Assault Awareness Month, that declared April 24th as “National Rape Day”. The original video was allegedly made by a group of men, encouraging others to commit...www.safeguardingchildren.co.uk
WTF?
Yeah, that's pretty hard flirting right there. I can be pretty oblivious sometimes, but that is unquestionably flirting as heck.https://www.reddit.com/r/AmItheAssh...ndroidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
I was reading this aita story and people replying that the nurse was clearly flirting. But I don't see it.
Isn't that just an interpretation of a weird encounter?Yeah, that's pretty hard flirting right there. I can be pretty oblivious sometimes, but that is unquestionably flirting as heck.
OP needs to learn some game. Someone says "you need to make it up to me" you respond "so, what did you have in mind?" And then you can judge what their intentions are much betterhttps://www.reddit.com/r/AmItheAssh...ndroidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Body language counts for a lot in these things, too--which we don't get from the original post. If someone says "you need to make it up to me" with a coy smile, it's obvious flirting. If they say "you need to make it up to me" and they look pissed off and sound strident, it's probably not.I guess we Europeans just aren't as good as reading flirting or something. I can see it, but I wouldn't have considered it obvious or clear at all.
Even as the oblivious ace guy, yeah that's definitely flirting. "Oh, I'd never guess you're x because you're so attractive," and "Well, you still need to make it up to me," are obvious leading statements meant to allow the other person to reciprocate back if they're interested.https://www.reddit.com/r/AmItheAssh...ndroidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Sorry, I don't understand this. How is basically insulting someone flirting?Even as the oblivious ace guy, yeah that's definitely flirting. I don’t understand how it would be flirting either. Also, dude wasn’t required or obligated to tell the nurse he was a doctor. You can be a doctor and not be as skilled in the first aid side of things as someone that deals with it every day (like a school nurse). I’d say her reaction is more of a defensive reaction and possibly indicates that she is worried about (or suspects) some incident that occurred.Sorry, I don't understand this. Then again I'm single for the past 24 years more or less so what do I know how to be a normal human?
Dude is a lady, they're both ladies.I don’t understand how it would be flirting either. Also, dude wasn’t required or obligated to tell the nurse he was a doctor. Ah yes, the defensive "you have to make it up to me for not telling me something you where not required or obligated to tell"...Also, dude wasn’t required or obligated to tell the nurse he was a doctor. It's lesbian flirting, in a lot of places it's risky for it to be obvious or clear.I guess we Europeans just aren't as good as reading flirting or something. I can see it, but I wouldn't have considered it obvious or clear at all.
See, another benefit of this method. If someone has that reaction, you can go "phew, dodged that one"Ah yes, the defensive "you have to make it up to me for not telling me something you where not required or obligated to tell"...
I left out the rest of the e-mail that said "Available later this year, our new EV Blazer and EV Equinox!" Yup. Cancel the cars and crossovers, launch more SUVs and Trucks. Because your teenager will gather paint on your fender in every parking lot and that's that. And really persistent confusion between it and the volt and the bullshit drama about them catching on fire.
Hopefully america will pivot towards reality and buy vehicles that make sense.
I thought I’d heard they were going away, but I’m surprised they’re notifying owners about it like it’s the end of some kind of “limited edition” run. I expected the move to “big” EVs, though less for “yee-haw” reasons and more because a larger frame can hold a larger battery, and Americans’ biggest concern with EVs seems to be their limited range.Well, I guess I have the reassurance that when I bought a Bolt, I bought the best one.
No lie. I was looking and it’s either Subaru or over $70k.Subaru is literally the only company that has a 4 wheel drive sedan (other than luxury brands). It’s maddening.
It's the trend with all cars, even ICEVs. Literally the only car Ford makes anymore is the mustang. Everything else is a truck or SUV.I expected the move to “big” EVs, though less for “yee-haw” reasons and more because a larger frame can hold a larger battery, and Americans’ biggest concern with EVs seems to be their limited range.
It's been posited that one of the reasons might be because GM's about to launch their "ultium" EV platform, to which the Bolt does not conform. I think it's still primarily "AMERICANS WON'T BUY SMALL CARS" whargarbling that's been exponentially ratcheting up over the last couple decades.Or maybe this is just the usual short life cycle for a particular model you get when you are trying to climb the tech tree as quickly as possible.
