[PC Game] Hearthstone (Practically Beta)

70 million players and it still crashes when you try to log off.

And my second pack had a legendary. After my last purchased pack had a legendary. Un'Goro has been so good to me.

I had good legendary luck with Gadgetzan, Un'Goro has been shit, I've had to spend so much dust.

I also spent a lot of dust ... I really shouldn't have, but I wanted to try out the quests. Now I have all of them except the druid one, and a boat load of shame. To quote Reddit: "Could Blizzard nerf the Hunter quest? So I can get a refund."

Btw, 3 free packs today
Eh? I logged in this morning (to check my quests) about 9:30a EDT and got nothing. Let me try now...
Welp, there they are, added "...from outside the game," it says.
5 rares, 10 commons. 11 of 'em were ones I already had at least 2 of. Hmm. Gift horse, and all that.

I was going for the draw here, but if the warrior wants to hit my face instead of hitting my minions and hero powering, I'LL TAKE IT.

What with Overwatch's Uprising and HotS tie-ins I completely forgot to complete last week's brawl and so missed my pack, was going to make sure not to miss this week's.

Oh well.

If you like playing wild, this brawl has actually really helped to revitalize it. All the streamers are playing wild now, leading to more people jumping in with an increasingly large variety of decks. It's a pretty good place right now.
The streamers started playing wild when they announced the Wild tournament though.

Legendary spells are a thing now? I got a golden Unite the Murlocs. Keep or dust? Feels like a dust. I dunno.

I advise don't dust quests for right now. These'll be in standard for the next two years and we don't know what cards will come in future expansions that will synergize with existing quests to make them work better.

How about a card that works like Time Bomb? Something that gains a counter at the end of every turn so long as you also have an unfulfilled quest in progress, then its secondary effect gets triggered when the quest fires? Optionally the "dark" version of that card, where it gains/triggers based on any opponent's quest?

A secret based on a quest? Sounds like a Mage card. :p

I meant something more like a creature that can't attack/can't be targeted but stats go up every turn, then "does damage equal to <stat>" when the quest gets fulfilled. That sounds more like a Priest card.

I feel like it'd get killed by AOE or minions it has to hang on the board like that.

I didn't really mean big design things, just that quests are new and we don't know what's coming that could further utilize them, as in new discards for warlock, new deathrattles for priest, etc. I don't know if there's going to be any cards later that are purposely for use with quests. It seemed like it was part of the Un'Goro theme.
