[TV] Talk about the last TV you watched, the catchall thread

Pirate show, not Archer.

There's a lot of pirate politicking. One of the things I like. I wouldn't judge someone for not liking it. It might help that the theme music plays in my head always now.

Yeah, I REALLY hope that's not the case. After the 9-year investment on this show, that would be the worst ending possible. Ted deserves a happy ending, dammit.

(I still don't get where people are coming up with this theory, honestly.)

I really don't think thats true nick. But if you watched last nights episode

It really strongly that the mother is dead by the time Ted is telling his kids the story.

There's another theory out there that is pretty convincing that
Robin is the one that is dead by the time Ted is telling the Mother that story.

That's the theory I thought they were pointing at. I thought it was pretty obvious when

Robin said she was going to hip check a vending machine. I figure it's going to fall on her and kill her. Plus the way Ted was crying when he was talking about her

Archer Vice has been a pretty hefty miss for me. It started out so promising too.

Justified this season started off really well too. Too well maybe since the last few have meandered pretty bad.

I mostly enjoyed tonight's Community lambast of social media apps. Despite the Tim & Eric cameo. 3 Meowmeowbeanz.

Man, what IS it with 2s and apples?

And on Parks an Rec:
Ron's son's name is Jon *middle-name withheld* Swanson. Yesterday was a good day.

While I liked the latest Community, I thought it escalated far too quickly - even for Community. It should've been a 2-parter along the lines of the paintball episodes.

I kinda wonder if there is anything that WON'T reduce greendale to a shattered dystopia at this point. It seems to be the most common recurring event. They go "lord of the flies" more often than they have exams.

Finished season 2 of House of Cards. I know the show has it's flaws particularly with how the US government is run. What show doesn't have flaws, though?

A few thoughts....
Is Doug really dead? What is with Gavin? And Holy Crap Francis is President?!?! I hate that he never looked in that envelope to see if his confession was still in it.

I have to wonder what the next season has in store.

Pretty good Grimm episode.

I'm a bit disappointed they left Wu (whose first name is Drew, I never knew!) to twist in the wind and think he was crazy even after all he saw and did. Also, we get it, the baby is a creepy TK devilbaby. I guess we'll see next episode how cognizant of its own danger it really is, and if it knows/cares enough to protect her mother and the bodyguard.

Man, it's so good and cheesy. It's like eating a big ol' bowl of backstabbing Mac N Cheese with Foghorn Leghorn. And I love it.

Been thinking about Justified, I think that...guess I spoiler it.

Edi Gathegi's (Jean Baptiste) abrupt leaving the series because of his unhappiness with the role really left them in a tight spot with a lot of things. It's meandering really badly right now and other than Boyd and the rest of the Crowes, everyone seems to be in a holding pattern. I really enjoy Alicia Witt as Wendy though, not just for obvious reasons, the character, performance and everything is great.

Sorry, I disagree. I feel like the show has been just as good and I don't feel it dropped off at all. I've always been drawn to the characters and dialogue more than the story anyway, so it doesn't matter to me that the show is taking its time with the plot.

Just watched the first episode of "Cosmos," the first television show whose lure was great enough to drag me in front of a screen since 2010.
It has promise. It might even change my life a little.

I've liked Archer Vice so far. The K Log episode was fucking hilarious.

Also I can't get enough Kreiger, though I will admit I'm getting a little tired of Pam.
