Funny Pictures Thread. It begins again

And in at least half the cases, the app just doesn't work half as well as the website.
Bonus: separate log-ins for the app and the website, and/or: the app can't read/doesn't interact with/etc stored passwords so that "suggested strong password" from Google gets magically transformed into something you can actually type in, thus reducing security.

There are some very few things that need apps. I will admit having an e-mail app instead of going through the browser makes sense. But 75% of apps have no reason to exist (other than to evade a bunch of laws about websites and/or allowing Them more access to your stuff).

I have apps on my phone that I can barely remember what I downloaded them for. There's an app for a department store, an app for an optometrist, an app for a shoe store, and an app for a convenience store. And I think there's one for porn? I'm kinda afraid to open that one, I really don't remember why I downloaded it.

Mr. Z and I just discovered the Xite.. app? Channel? on our TV. It's just music videos, all the time. Old ones, new ones... just pick a playlist. I think every night for the past 2 weeks we've been watching/listening the 80's and 90's channels for hours at night. The nostalgia is addicting. I really, really miss when MTV and VH1 played videos.

Me too, until I discovered that MTV Germany starts showing videos again a few years ago.
