Dear Occasional,
It really depends on the person. What's best for me may not be best for you or anyone else.
For me, it's having the day off, being able to spend part of said day off with my family and playing on the computer. No worries, no commitments I have to get to. Granted, this is best because it doesn't happen very much and is getting less and less as the kids get older and go their own ways.
That's the best in life.
