Fransisco Liriano goes into the game with a 9.13 ERA and proceeds to pitch a no-hitter against the Chicago White-Sox. Now his ERA is a 6.61 and I'm pretty sure he just saved his spot on the rotation.

In other news Dodger's right fielder Andre Eithier has successfully hit in each of his last 29 games. Dodger's face the Cubs in a day game at 1:10 PST today.

I am happy. Problem is, this year I got into my first fantasy baseball league. It's beaten what little give-a-shit I have about the game. Fantasy football is exciting and fun while fantasy baseball feels like a part time job for no pay.

I had the same experience. Do what I do: walk away. Once I saw how boring it was to manage my fantasy team daily I just stopped paying attention to it.

This one is set up terribly. I can't make any moves. If I want to make a move I have to contact the commish via email and he makes the changes on Monday mornings. So if a dude goes on DL on Monday you're fucked until the next week. This has happened to me 3 times now and I have a guy in my lineup now who is on DL and there's nothing I can do about it.
