It sounds like a bunch of people don't understand the difference between "skin colour" and "culture". People from another culture might eat other food and have other "standard" foodstuffs. People from different skin colours within the same culture eat the exact same thing. Discriminatory? it's ridiculous, but I can see how one might see it that way and be wrong. Racist? Nope.

Also, on the Swedes and their re-enactment. I don't see that as strange. (A lot of the more traditional) German fraternities still insist on all members beign able to use a rapier or fencing blade and/or duelling pistol; university is supposed to create well-rounded gentlemen, not stuffy workmen with no knowledge outside their field, after all - that's the reasoning.
It's actually quite cool to see them fencing and drinking. Yes, in that order, they're not stupid :p

I can never hang around huffers, they just get really weird on ya. I remember I knew this one guy who was ALL into Computer Duster. Dude just layed there, slumpin' like a moldy potato.

I don't care how sappy I sound, the moment I saw that I saw a movie in my head about the heart-breaking tale of girl be-friending a deaf boy and then falling in love. Coming Summer 2013.
