Help me pick an apartment!

I'm finally moving out of the apartment I am in. Which is awesome because it is way too expensive. Now, I found a KICKASS broker who has some fantastic listings. I want yalls to help me narrow it down, because I like all of them.

I like the look of the second 1 best. But I'd choose whichever has the most modern appliances/wiring/plumbing + most square feet + best access to shops + etc within walking distance.

I have some questions that'll help with advice.

Do you like to have people over? Is your home merely where you keep your stuff and sleep? Do you work from home?

I do like having people over, and my apartment does need to be a place I can work at from time to time.

I like this "Super Cute Garage Apartment" because of the good-sized deck. Nice for entertaining or just sitting outside to relax. It adds to the size of the place because you have more usable space, IMO.
