Gametable not working for me

I've tried to download Gametable version 2.0.RC7, but when I open it I get this:

As you can see, all text from all menus is gone. Also, I can not update my pogs. Downloading previous versions gives me the text back, but the inability to update my pogs remains.

Any help?
