Curbing internet rule 29

I feel as though I've lent credit to Internet Rule 29 for long enough, and now desire my old moniker. Having spent some time in the user profile/preferences area, I can't seem to figure out if there's a way to change my username. I suspect I may have to call the mod squad to help a brother out here.

Any clues?
