I am doing pretty good Dave. I have been super busy since I was cadre for tryouts this year, and I have my own epic win to share....it's a few months old but I made the SFC/E-7 board so I will be getting promoted next yearish!

What type of Rower are you looking into? The concept 2 rower is one of the best on the market and I have seen some people who I can guarantee are bigger than you on there rowing away.
