Boss tells me "The client liked it better with no music, so just put it in dry."

Takes EVERY OUNCE OF SELF CONTROL I HAVE not to reply "Bite the pillow..."

Why the fuck don't stores carry REGULAR Triscuit? I don't want these gross ass flavoured varieties. Rosemary and olive oil and sweet potato onion and whatever else. Just plain old God damn Triscuit. I have a wheel of brie and some really nice salami that're both shouting for some mother fucking triscuit.

FUCK YOU!

Brown rice triscuits fucking blow. I had the "savory red bean" variety and they were one of the worst things foods I've ever put in my mouth.

Hey, I like the rosemary and olive oil ones.
So that's two flavors I like, out of about thirty.
Yeah, I get what you're saying. It's not just Triscuits, though. Have you tried to buy Newtons or Oreos lately?

No, but I've seen all of the ridiculous flavors. Birthday cake Oreos? Seriously? Guh.

Yes but to be fair, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Oreos are the best thing to ever happen to anything.

I find myself drawn to the Classic Rock station-type bands more and more. I really didn't like them growing up, but now I could listen to Boston and Lynyrd Skynyrd all the time. I think I appreciate some of the guitar work or just that the music straight-up rocks. I still don't like the hair-bands of the 80s (Def Lepperd, Motley Crue, GnR, etc), but some of the early stuff (early to mid 70s) really gets me.
I normally wouldn't have listened to the Classic Rock station in OKC, because I hated the DJs, and thought the music was just white-trash anthems. But, 45 min twice a day is a lot of time each day, and boredom set it. I remember hearing La Grange by ZZ Top and Black Betty by Ram Jam, and it was like I heard them for the first time and they knocked me over.

Anyhow, I now embrace my white-trash anthem music.
I am going to go listen to Freebird again for the 3rd time today.

Luckily those are still relatively vanilla here in the north, unlike fucking Triscuit.

I liked the Black Pepper & Sea Salt ones, but not as much as regular Triscuit. Then I tried the Sweet Potato... and what the hell, it's like they're coated in caramel. Sweet potatoes are not that sweet. I suppose I can use them for like dessert, since they don't taste bad, but they're not what I wanted at all.

I'm glad I can still find plain Triscuit, though.

Canadian chip flavours are starting to get out control as well. I have recently tried:

Red curry
Roasted garlic
Flame grilled steak
Fries and gravy
Bloomin onion

All in an attempt to eat more salt of course!

They're pretty nuts in the US, too. I just saw bacon mac & cheese flavored potato chips a few weeks ago. Then Monday I found wasabi ginger potato chips in a local Walgreens.

I had a bag of those Kettle Chips that were Red Curry flavor, I thought they were pretty tasty.

Brown rice crackers can suck a butt, though, shit is nasty. Brown rice anything, for that matter. They just don't taste right.

It depends on how you like them or not, to each their own.

Either way, I don't entire agree but this picture says otherwise.

Just over a month to vacation. Decisions, decisions. The Basketball Hall of Fame is the last of the Big Four halls I need to see, so that's Springfield, MA. I've never been to Wisconsin, so there's Milwaukee (and if I budget the next month wisely, there will be funds to stuff the trunk with cheese and beer. Mostly beer. :))

Wherever it is, I'll be driving. Figure Milwaukee at 9 hours or so is about the edge of my circle of potential targets, um, destinations. :ninja:

(ETA: Chicago is tempting since the Pirates will be at ChiSox the later half of my vacation week.)

I am sitting in my girlfriend's truck listening to her chew out some guy that fucked up a site evaluation. Her being forceful with people is making me want to tear her clothea off and ravish the shit out of her in this parking lot. Strength and intelligence drive me nuts.

No, with the larger blobs mercilessly gobbling up the smaller ones all while trying to avoid the one lumbering giant one.

Yes, and the green splots being court-mandated antitrust breakups (if you are larger than the green splot and try to absorb it, it breaks you into 20 tiny blobs)
