I don't know if you actually saw the unfinished pilot this is from but... oh, god, it was just... just awful.

Wonder Woman saves people for money and is the CEO of a corporation. She kills people without batting an eye. Just horrible.

Tacking on Dawn of Justice makes me think they're trying to ape Marvel's recent titling (The Dark World, The Winter Soldier, Age of Ultron). Not that it's a big thing, but it's an example of how they have no idea why Marvel's movies are successful and will try to imitate whatever they can identify in hopes that it'll do the same for them.

Because really, Batman vs Superman. You don't need to add more. That title is its own thing without the extra bit.
