I'm having trouble getting the S-video input to work on my TV-tuner card. I want to hook up my Wii to my computer, since my TV sucks (all it has is an RF input). The problem is that Windows Media Center insists on having IR hardware to controll a non-existent cable/satellite box if I'm going to enable the S-video input. I can see in the preview menu that the S-video is working, but it won't actually let me save the settings without confirming that hardware I don't own and don't need is working.

What other options do I have to get my TV tuner card's S-video input working?
