Warning, there's a lot of full frontal male nudity.
I never watched much of the original series, so I can't really compare what they're doing now to their past work, but I'm mostly meh on the couple of episodes I've watched.

I used to watch The Kids in the Hall a lot thanks to reruns on Comedy Central when I was in high school/college. I've watched the first few episodes, and to me, it feels just like the old show, except now they can push jokes a bit further (blood, nudity, etc.).
I will say that in episode 3,
Dave Foley's face every time "Brand New Key" starts to play is a great bit of dark comedy.
