Man, this comic is twisting me through the wringer. I almost wish I could leave it alone long enough so I didn't have to go through these cliffhangers.

This scene is just set up so well.

I just got back from checking the comic for an update, and my reaction is also "Aww, sonofacrap..."

They finally get out of Brassmoon City, and then something like this happens.

Something occurred to me though. Chief still has his magical spear. Theoretically, wouldn't that spear alone be enough to take out all the pursuers?

It'd take out a few each throw I guess, or damage them, no guarantees, also no guarantee it wouldn't hit her. It's kind of a cone shaped attack.
