The "someone likes you" achievement is given out based on someone liking one of your posts. Strange as it may seem, this has happened to me before.
However, I only now got the achievement, when Crimson liked my post through TapaTalk (which still shows up as an "agree" instead of a "like". It would seem "likes" through a browser aren't taken into consideration for this achievement.
