It's been popping up a lot lately. Gotta say it's one of the most ridiculous movies I've ever seen (even though I haven't seen it yet). And I mean that in the most entertaining way possible. It's certainly been getting a lot of hype over the past 6 months.

This is actually pretty typical for a south-Indian film. Bollywood action movies (Dhoom) are usually too over-the-top for me, but these south Indian (Kollywood and Tollywood) films are 1000 times more ridiculous. Their biggest star is a guy dubbed 'Superstar.' They even have a shrine for him (where people actually pray to him). Kind of effed up.

Really. Folks like this stuff. They don't laugh at it. I work with a bunch of folks from Tamil Nadu, and they practically worship the guy.
