I don't know, being mediocre is almost worse than a spectacular failure. FC4 is good only because it's FC3 with a different skin. They did almost nothing new, so there's nothing new to break.

FC4 on the PS4 plays pretty sweet, but I'm too caught up in Shadows of Mordor to care.

Watch Dogs is somewhat disappointing because it's basically a less-polished version of GTA IV, with a hacking game mechanic added. It's not a bad game, it's just not anything special and so it falls badly short of expectations.
