Export thread

Inspired by an io9 discussion that quickly became a gif-fest, I realised that you guys were way more qualified for this. So, who's been harboring that perfect scare gif? The screamer that was unwanted elsewhere? That scene from a movie that absolutely ruined you? Please, share for the world to see.

I generally don't do jump-scare gifs, I don't find them to be particularly effective.

I mean, come on, does this really unsettle you?

Actually, the jump scares don't do much. I prefer the deeply unsettling.

As I said in the thread you accidentally posted this in, I don't really find that very unsettling because my uncle had a glass eye and did that all the time.
