HOW do you PM?

In the upper right hover over "Inbox" and then click "Show All..." to see previous PM discussions you've had, or "Start a New Conversation" to begin a new one.
Conversations are the new PM system, and it's easiest to think of them as private threads where you can invite as many participants as you want. They will only be visible to you and those you invite.
You can also click on a user's avatar and when the overlay pops up click "Start a conversation", or do so from their user page.
