Less than 10k of my 57k rep has come from image submissions. I am the toughest of comment farmers.
Don't you hate that? You do something really clever that takes a lot of work, nobody gives a shit. You toss out some idea you got that takes 90 seconds and people love it. Makes no sense.

Harry Turtledove does a spectacular treatment of it in his Worldwar series.

In the real world, Hurt played the Doctor later than Eccleston, but in the show, Hurt played the "War Doctor", the regeneration the lived through the Time War and was between McGann and Eccleston incarnations.A) But...but the order's off. I don't get why those Doctors, specifically - Hurt doesn't come between McGann and Ecclestone, does he? It's like retelling the joke, but "why's 4 afraid of 5? because 5 8 7".
