Not going to lie, this sounds amazing. Taking place during the final years where he becomes King, putting Arnold around the right age as Conan would have been at that point?

I hope they go for a more retro movie, back to the style of the original, and not some shaky cam/crazy cut stuff. Tell a story and show great pictures, not make everybody motion sick.

And I'm so sad that Basil Poledouris is not available for the soundtrack.

Fact is: I'm going at this with probably too great expectations. I'm trying to calm these down and I might be able to enjoy it at least a bit, though I'm sure it won't be as great as the old one.

I admit I did this with the A-Team movie and really liked what I saw, a blown up version of the series. I ever had great hopes from the moment I saw the trailer and Liam Neeson won me over with his "I love it when a plan comes together".
