Really dumb.

 

I had no idea what kind of safety precautions that they took in those bull runs. I mean, its horns are shaved/cut not to be sharp and they have it on a leash. Never understood what the big hullaballoo was with the tradition.

Not that I know of. It doesn't even look like running of the bulls. It's something else entirely.
