YAY! a judge finally understands. While I DON'T support CP or illegal downloads, I think the tactics the RIAA and other Copyright holders using the mass scare tactic is not a good way.
Make the RIAA do the leg work.

It was just an extortion scheme designed to scare the rest of us into not downloading things. Thank goodness this judge made that decision. I hope other judges follow suit, but I won't count on it.

Good on the judge. Hopefully, this will be adopted by the next step up the rung when the RIAA inevitably kicks it up a notch.
