So, a couple months ago, my fiancee's eldest son graduated high school.

I got the video for the commencement ceremony in the mail today.

It was burned on a standard DVD-R, with an Avery address label stuck on it that just said "commencement ceremony".
I paid $35.00 for this?

But what really cracked me up was this:

If you can't read it:
WARNING!
Electronic copy guard (TM) XVPR signal applied to the video. Damage to the original occurs upon any attempt to duplicate. We are not responsible for product loss or any liability.
BWAHAHAHAHAHA! *cough*cough*bullshit*cough*

I think they 'forgot' to put that XVPR™ signal on my disk. I successfully made an archival backup wthin 10 minutes of opening the envelope.

bwahahaha
Heh, I was gonna ask, "So how many copies have you made so far?"

Time for a visit to The Giggle-snort Hotel. Just reading that warning elicits a deep guffaw followed by a loud snort.

1. Make copies.
2. Buy Avery address labels, paper sleeves, and stamps.
3. Profit!
