But they already did that when they renamed it "20th Century Studios" earlier this year.

From the article, it looks like they were still using 20th Century Fox for the television studio. Now it's 20th Century Television, so the Fox is fully gone.

What's funny to me is them holding onto the 20th Century part, what with it not being the 20th century any more.

Oh I get the branding aspect. I just think it's funny that Fox has become more toxic than the fear of seeming outdated.
