I need to take a dump every-day at 10:00, sometimes a little later but not by much. Coffee speeds up the progress. If I miss it I feel grouchy and tired the whole day, like I'm feelin' now.

I poop every morning before work. I strategically time the poops so I am home. Shanghai is better than most cities about having western style public toilets, but my school still uses a squatter (and according to Cracked, it's a lot healthier for you), but I refuse. I will hold it until I return to the throne, so I make sure the cargo bay is vented into space before I start my day.
