I liked where this was going. If I might offer some constructive criticism, I think the "Yes, And..." rule would have punched up the ending. Vampire Boyfriend should accept and build on the premise of blond girlfriend instead of being surprised (essentially negating) the comment. (This happens in panel 3 as well, but les of an issue there). He could, for example, allude to a specific incident.

Tiny criticism aside, I like it what you've got going on! Count me as a regular.
