I thought I'd get this faster given that I'm a big nerd. I managed to zero in on the general field at around guess 70, but I thought the answer was a specific character. It didn't occur to me until much later to try more general terms.

Yeah yesterday’s was really difficult for me because I don’t know anything about physics.

I actually did much better than this as my phone always adds the plural guesses even though I have that feature turned off. I have like 7 guesses that were plurals. I hit a HUGE word early and the rest kind of fell into place.

Today's was genuinely easy. It would've been 12 guesses if I hadn't made a typo.
Also, man going back to work changes my time spent online...now I'm early instead of late :-D

My highest accuracy yet, but not my lowest number of guesses.

I saw the italics in the first paragraph and thought it was a book, so I wasted a lot of guesses on words like "plot" and "characters".

I made a similar mistake, going down a music/singer rabbit hole.

Whoop whoop!

I first started down the same hole bhamv did, but realized one hit for writer, one for one for film, one for award, etc meant it couldn't be that so I returned to my geographical guesses and New York sprung out. It wasn't the Post so I went for Journal next and that made it clear

So, one thing that really helped me is that I - yes, I'm THIS slow - figured out that you can still select the censored words, and thus count their letters. "3 of the 8" is easier than just "BLANK of the BLANK". Then I had some luck in hitting upon time which led to years which led to age and by then it was clear it was something scientific. Spent some time wandering around to other old things (fossils, dinosaurs, vertebrates,...) because I wasn't expecting another astronomy thingie so quickly after the Radio Galaxy and Stephen Hawking. But after all there aren't all that many thingswhose age could warrant a separate Wiki article

Something I've discovered about the interface that was not obvious, or listed in the help: Clicking on a word in the guess list will cycle through the instances of that word in the article.

I just got extremely lucky because when I saw the title was a 3 letter word "of the" longer word, I just started guessing 3 letter words and that got me halfway there.
