Rumors are saying that helicopters arrived at Pence's residence about an hour and a half ago, and arrived at the White House about 30 minutes ago. It appears that Pence has made a visit to the WH, despite being told to stay away by Trump.

There seems to be some debate as to if this actually harmed the manatee, or just removed some of the algae on it's back. (And I don't know enough about manatee to know if disrupting the algae can harm a manatee, even if the skin isn't broken, either.) Experts will have to weigh in on how much the manatee's health was impacted by this.
Regardless of if the manatee was injured, distressed, or just mildly harassed, touching a manatee at all is a felony, so this was criminal behavior, but just how bad it was is unclear.

It suddenly struck me as funny that Mr. "The Art of the Deal" who claims he's one of the best businessmen ever is whining that big businesses are keeping him off the internet, and he needs government help in order to speak freely.
Freedom of speech may not mean what he thinks it means.

How quickly we forget history:
If you operate in fear to build your political career, don't be surprised if the fear spreads and comes back to bite you. It's amazing how quickly endless rhetoric of "us vs them" makes you one of "them" as soon as opinions change slightly.
Fortunately those house members will have enough cover from Democratic representatives to be cowards.

Yeah a few years ago they wouldn't cross the aisle out of fear of the consequences to their political careers. Now it's fear for their lives. If they don't stand up now what will it be in another few years?
