[Request] Multiquote and highlighted quote

Last thing first. When I highlight part of a post and click "reply," instead of just the highlighted part of that post appearing as a quote, the entire post is quoted in my reply.

As for multiquote, can we get this turned on, please?

Audiokarma has both working, so I'm certain we can.

I thought this was turned off on purpose. Years ago we had a big long thread arguing back and forth about it. I argued for it, I think, but I've changed my mind over the years and I like this better now.
