Interesting stuff. I am not at all surprise. Technology for the internet has VASTLY improve from old 300 baud phone hook modems (I had one)

The article is right that many question DO have that capability, heck, my class room software I use for my training room has a built in censorship to block certain words (of course it was design in mind to block out profanity but you get the idea)

Of course, the blame for that comes down to a single man in a position of power. He's likely to be getting booted out of office in the next election though. Australians do not appreciate being laughed at by the international community over this.
