I remember an incident, either on here or back on the Halfpixel boards, where a new user came in and posted his view about something, which several older users then disagreed with. And the new guy then posted, "Fine, it's obvious I don't have the reputation or the postcount to be taken seriously here." And then he left and never came back.

Afterwards everyone was like, "Wait what? Since when do we see postcounts as an indicator of truth?"
