Nah, Manson is a cuckoo bird and never very well disguised, still see at least one of those in the picture, and I really like that parrot even if he seems a bit stuffy!

Let's be honest, it's probably the bird who's the real ringleader. He just likes his human to dress colorfully. You know, the same way douchy pet owners make their cats or dogs or chinchillas wear tuxedos and such?
