I exercised, but after all the pizza I are, it doesn't even count. MUSHROOM PIZZA, WHY ARE YOU SO DELICIOUS?
 
I slacked for the last couple months but just went jogging again and was depressed by how little it took for me to get completely winded compared to where I was at my peak :(

I think I'm through with jogging. I don't like the way it made my knees feel this summer. Something feels different. Walking/Zumba/Yoga/Elliptical machine/etc. will work for me. I proved I myself It's something I can do... I'm satisfied. Won't miss it.

2 work outs on Tuesday: APFT 2 minutes of pushups, 2 minutes of situps and a 2 mile run in 14:15, followed by 5-4-3-2-1 pull up pyramid twice. In the afternoon Density pushups 17 pushups every minute for 5 minutes, 50 crunches left, right, center, and 15 floor wipers with 135lbs

I think I feel like jumping rope today.
 
Wednesday: Density Pull ups = 3 pull ups every minute on the minute for 20 minutes, 20 minutes of High Intensity Cardio, 100 Repetition abs 10 double crunches, 10 situps, 10 hanging leg raises straight, right and left, 10 4 count flutter kicks, 10 leg throws straight, left and forward, Big finish! 8 sets of 30 second mountain climbers with 10 seconds rest between sets.
 
I just got back from Trampoline Dodgeball at an indoor trampoline park. That is the most intense workout I've had in MONTHS. Oh god my legs are going to kill in the morning.

40 minutes of YRG, baby. BANG!

(And man, do I ever feel better. Because of having to spend time with my nieces and rarely having time to myself the last few days, I haven't been able to do a full workout like that.)

Okay, this is it.... my turning around day. I don't care if I'm starting at 6:22 pm and not next morning. Now is the time. NOW IS THE TIME. I'm going to push the HELL out of myself tonight however I can manage. It will all have to be indoor activity, but that is no excuse. I have my elliptical machine, I have my yoga videos, I have my Zumba CD, and I have my free weights. I will work my ass off tonight and then eat a far more reasonable amount of food than I have been taking in. Then in the morning I will enjoy a bowl of steel-cut oats and a hard boiled egg. This is the month that I conquer the plateau! *FLEX* Also, I am baking some very nutritious kale chips.

 
Now that there's someone in my life who will occasionally see me naked, I'm much more motivated to continue working out a bit every day. Amazing how that works.

Exercised again today and have been successful so far in watching my portions. I ate my breakfast out of one of my little mise en place bowls. That might be my new cereal bowl.
