I don't know if what they have in Montreal counts as traffic. Traffic follows rules.
I haven't actually been since I was 12 or 13, but it was bad. Almost Beijing bad.

(Also, I was wrong, the attack on Washington wasn't performed by troops stationed in the Caribbean. It actually is relevant to Canada after all; the attack came from Halifax, by way of Bermuda.)
