She had drawn on eyebrows far above where her normal eyebrows would be. How did I know where her eyebrows should be? They were beginning to grow back and she had eyebrow stubble well below where the drawn on ones were. It was the subject of mockery for hours to come.
My mom never did live down the ridicule from that day..
