If we reach the point where Trump and his followers are openly declaring minorities to not be citizens, then we're past the point where the SCOTUS has power anymore. Assuming that they still exist at that point, their rulings will mean nothing because they won't be enforced. Their rulings will be "fake news" and ignored.
We're a long way away from a complete breakdown of the system, but we're headed in that direction. The only question is if enough people are willing to stand up and stop it from happening.

Also, that won't work unless they can finish every case within 20 days, since that's an actual court ruling that said they can't detain children for more then 20 days, and they'd need another ruling to overturn that.
