It may interest you to know that:

1. Yes, that is the actual Chinese for the YMCA.
2. The sign uses Traditional Chinese, instead of Simplified. This has two implications. Firstly, this sign is probably in Taiwan, Hong Kong, or somewhere overseas, and secondly and more importantly, there are more strokes in this version of the sign than the Simplified version. This means more flailing.
