For twenty four hours..
So this reminds me. I get to go to the doctor today. Is it my heart? Blood pressure? Let's spin the wheel of Dave's Old and Old People Stuff Are Starting To Affect Him Now!

I see medications and/or a cardiac stress test in my future.

(I woke up this morning feeling light headed and my heart was racing like it wanted to break out & run away.)

So yay me?

So I ordered a new backpack from Amazon during Prime Day the other day cause I needed one. Now, all my suggestions are backpacks. Now that you've bought that backpack, have you considered....a second backpack?

Sooooo....this isn't the time to inform you about this:

Could be AF, or just a nightmare. Here's hoping it's just something dumb like not enough calcium.

Better than dying of a preventable heart attack.

Take care o yourself man.

Well that was a weird doctor visit. My EKG came back fine and I did NOT have to do the stress test yet, even though we're going to do one. What's weird is that my blood pressure was all over the place. They took it when I first got there and it was 110/60. Damned near perfect. They took it again and it was 120/80. Still good but it was a jump. So they made me lie down, then sit up, then stand. It went (systolic only because that's what I remember) 127 lying down to 108 sitting, to 134 standing. Which confused the shit out of the doctor. Usually, it seems, if it's lower when you sit it should lower more when you stand. But not me.

So the blood pressure is weird but not alarmingly so, apparently, the heart looks normal so far, and we're waiting for the blood work to see if there's something lurking we can't see.

So I've been feeling light-headed, weak, and fatigued and the reason is...
[DOUBLEPOST=1468536161,1468536113][/DOUBLEPOST]Of course, better that than

oh, I put it in the fridge yesterday...

This is TIME-LAPSED photography.

Yeah. That's the ticket.

And this is my wife, ...Morgan Fairchild.

Yeah. That's the ticket.

Lately I've been going on this site and uploading pictures of my friends and sending them the links. They've all found it rather cool. It was a good excuse to reconnect with some friends I haven't talked to in a while, too.

Although there was this one girl who asked me if I made that site, despite it clearly saying the name of the guy who made it at the bottom, and despite her knowing I have absolutely no background in making sites like this. I told her "yes" and I kinda feel guilty about it.

I never thought this day would come, but I really think I've nearly lost all interest in video games. They just all seem the same. Don't get me wrong, the stories are neat and varied, but the gameplay just all feels the same (within categories, of course), and it all feels played out and frankly tedious.

Time to join @Dave in cyberspace, clearly :p

You must be good at finding connections between disparate things.

It's my belief that everyone hits a point where they've learned all the plots, tropes, and themes, and suddenly everything new is finally seen as some sort of rehash of something else. Games, movies, political platforms, porn, you've "seen it all" and so everything becomes "meh."
